What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

We work with two groups of clinic partners--clinics with pharmacies and clinics without pharmacies and we'd like to create some graphic logos to help differentiate between the two. This will be helpful to include on our website and any marketing and communication materials we send out.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a color and brand guide for our organization logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some current ideas and examples of what we're looking for, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to deliver critically needed medications to vulnerable Virginians, especially in this current COVID-19 environment, the health safety net is needed now more than ever.

The way that RxP delivers programs and services can be slightly confusing for not only our current partners but for future partners and even donors. Being able to present our work with easily understandable graphics will help make sharing our story easier.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)

Our mission

Rx Partnership increases medication access for vulnerable Virginians and strengthens the health safety net.

What we do

Rx Partnership provides free and low-cost medication to vulnerable Virginians to treat a variety of chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension and depression. Last year we helped distribute over $24 million in medications - ensuring that patients at free clinics never have to choose between food and medicine!
