Individual Donor Letter
Individual Donor Letter
Project details
What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
Madre Latina Inc is a small non-profit organization that educates, connects and empowers Latino women for the last 9 yrs. We want to recruit new donors and also connect with past donors. We want them to know what we are doing in our community and how our work is impacting others. We need them to know what are our needs and how their donation can help our mission.
What we have in place
- We currently have other letters that we send in the past, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have testimonies of families that we help, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to promote and start the recruitment for Young Representative of Waterbury for the next school year. This program develops leadership and civic engagement skills for at least 20 youths.
Madre Latina Inc. wants to demonstrate our financial needs, get donors to involve in our events and programs, tell our impact in our community, show how we are growing for the past 9 yrs. and build long term relationships with our future donors

Testimonials
I love working with Mrs. Treika. Mrs. Treika brings her attention to detail in this project. The letter that she created for our organization is beautiful. We used the letter to raise funds in the Give Local this week. Her communication and people skills are excellent, and she gave us the opportunity to learn from her ideas and concepts. I highly recommend her to other organizations. She is a talented writer!
Yoellie is very friendly and eager to learn all she can from professionals with more experience than she has. She's done a great job building Madre-Latina and I wish her future success!
