We're looking for someone to review what we have currently in regards to Mission, Mission, and Values to refresh it, make it more concise, and make it more presentable.
What we have in place
- We currently have an existing set of mission, vision, and values for review, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have programming data and examples of current mission use, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to invest more in our literacy and health programs for the children we serve while ensuring our staff and volunteers have the tools they need to succeed.
As our organization is growing, we're looking to ensure our Mission, Vision, and Values statements reflect that growth and can set us up for success in regards to Public Relations, funders, sponsors, and more.

Our mission
The DeGood Foundation's mission is to ensure that all children in Hampton Roads will have equitable access to early literacy resources.
What we do
The DeGood Foundation is the home of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in Hampton Roads, VA. The Imagination Library is a book-gifting program where children who are registered with the program will receive a free brand-new, age-appropriate book in the mail every single month from the time they're born until they start Kindergarten at age five. The Imagination Library inspires a love of books, reading, and learning within the hearts and minds of children while preparing them for Kindergarten and their education beyond.

What a fantastic organization!!! The DeGood Foundation is driving early childhood education in the Virginia peninsula with a variety of programs. The Director, Kyle, reached out to me for support on mission vision and values. Together we worked together to refresh and tighten them up.
