Additional Details

Connected Nation is a 501(c)3 dedicated to helping communities and states promote broadband access, adoption, and use. We provide tools and resources to help close broadband and digital technology gaps.

We are seeking funders to help us examine and improve telehealth access and develop ways to expand its use in these states: Mississippi, Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, South Carolina, West Virginia, Missouri, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and New Mexico.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a comparable report from Michigan as an example of our work, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have dedicated research staff to assist with the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,494 , allowing us to dedicate more resources toward designing and implementing solutions to get more people connected to telehealth tools.

We want to empower people with technology skills and resources to improve their quality of life as we seek to bring technology access to everyone, regardless of who they are or where they live.

Telehealth applications are amazing tools that help individuals and health networks save time, money, and resources, and we want to make it an option for more individuals. To do so, we need to determine how they are currently being used and what barriers prevent some from using those tools.
