Bryan provided us invaluable executive coaching as we went through a number of organizational changes including with our leadership when the founder of our organization stepped down from his role. We had initially connected with Bryan to assist with organizational strategy. Our project had grown exponentially and we wanted an outside expert to assist us with re-evaluating our current organizational structure. Bryan quickly and adeptly understood our structure and led us through several thought exercises which assisted us with identifying a new vision and mission that recognized our current work in addition to giving us a roadmap toward our vision for the future of the program. Bryan was extremely flexible. Our project was navigating a number of challenges including COVID and the sudden death of one of our staff members. Bryan provided us a safe sounding board along with offering us guidance as we pivoted to a fully remote operation. Bryan went above and beyond our initial project request and supported us as new leaders during a very tumultuous time for the organization. I would highly recommend working with Bryan.
