Project details

What we need
  • A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details

As our staff and resources are limited, we often have the same language used time after time and it becomes difficult to come up with a "new" letter after writing so many. I think it would help if a well articulated letter was constructed by someone who has not already written so many and who would have a different mindset and different outlook. I think it could open up new doors.

What we have in place
  • We currently have marketing material, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have previous letters and communications, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to expand our fundraising efforts and communications materials. Expand the number of people who are impacted by our work and get something from our communications.

Our fundraising sources have remained the same and we know that we need to expand and target others. We need to diversify our donor data base and explore new ways to communicate with others.
