- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions, salary levels, and a list of benefits, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated HR Director ready to tackle this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to make a big impact on total rewards sooner than we anticipated!
This project is super important to CCC! We know that our people are our greatest asset and retaining them is difficult in a competitive market place. We have a lean HR team, which makes it difficult to get the data necessary to make compensation and benefit changes. We want to be competitive in the workforce and make sure we are offering benefits that are valuable to our candidates.
