We're looking to track successful social media conversions. Example: the success rate of who is seeing a social post, coming to our website, and completing one of the following transactions:
-Volunteer sign up (event or opportunity)
-Donation (through either our main donation page or various restricted funds)
I believe this is done with "funnels," but our issue is that we have many different confirmations of where and how the public can complete these transactions.
We're looking to analyze the success of our social media campaigns while also reporting to our board the ROI on social media.
