Project details

What we need
  • Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
  • Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
  • Training on maintenance tasks
Additional details

We are hiring our first part time employee and need help with the basics.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an energetic group of volunteers ready to make our first, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to legal services support, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to focus on membership engagement and sustainability of the organization.

Our organization is transitioning from all volunteers supported by 2 independent contractors to hiring our first part time employee. We want to ensure we fully address all requirements and start off on solid footing.
