What we need
- A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
Additional details
The Foundation does not publish an annual report. I would like it to be something the Foundation could email rather than send a paper copy. I am looking at a report from the Alleghany Foundation. I would like it to include a narrative of the year's events, identify the organizations that were funded during the year, a financial report, possibly a listing of the agencies that have been funded since the Foundation's inception, although this is not necessary , a listing of the Board and staff.
What we have in place
- We currently have a logo, data, images, success stories, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have copy pending, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to have additional funds to put towards Grants, Ongoing Education and Set-Aside Funds. The Foundation is committed to making available to the Peninsula nonprofits as much funding as possible.
The Foundation has never issued an annual report; however, the Board of Directors thought that it would be something which can be utilized to get the word out about the work that the Foundation has been doing over 20 years and continues to do which benefits Peninsula nonprofits and the people they serve.

Our mission
The Foundation's Mission is to further the mission of the Bernardine Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis by financially supporting and promoting their charitable works as well as works related to the healthcare, education and human service needs of the Virginia Peninsula.

Bidisha was an excellent person to work with. She was always very accommodating and quick to respond when requests for changes were made and she was able to get the work done in order to meet the Foundation's need. She, I and my Administrative Assistant worked well together. The Annual Report is crisp, concise, eye appealing; Bidisha added touches to it which I would never have thought of. I am grateful that she volunteered to undertake the project and created an annual report which I am proud to share with the community.
