Financial Planning
Financial Planning
Project details
What we need
- An Excel spreadsheet custom-built specifically for the Organization's finances
- Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)
Additional details
FCFS would like to conduct a feasibility operating model for accommodating overnight guests as a revenue opportunity.
What we have in place
- We currently have reference material from similar animal sanctuaries, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the availability of the E.D. to lend to the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $14,474 , allowing us to direct these critical funds back to the rescued animal residents, including their veterinary care, feed, shelter, and intake of new rescues.
Full Circle Farm Sanctuary operates solely through the generosity of others. We want to be great stewards of this generosity, creating new revenue streams where possible while preserving the integrity of the mission. Conducting a financial feasibility study for this potential new revenue stream will allow us to make thoughtful decisions to ensure that we are able to save more lives and provide greater community education.

Our mission
We acknowledge that farmed animals are among the most abused animals on the planet. Full Circle Farm Sanctuary exists to counter the undeniable cruelty and exploitation inherent within animal agriculture, providing loving lifetime homes for individual farmed animals who otherwise would face horrific suffering and premature deaths. Further, we exist to educate the public on the beauty, dignity, and worth of all animals through interactions with our residents.
We acknowledge that the best way to alleviate animal suffering, sustain the environment, prevent world hunger, support social justice, and improve human health is to embrace the compassionate vegan lifestyle.
What we do
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit just south of Atlanta providing a safe and loving forever home to more than 160 rescued farmed animals. Our rescued residents include goats, cows, chickens, pigs, alpacas, emus, and more! In addition to providing lifelong care to our animal residents, we also engage in education and outreach that helps members of local communities lead more compassionate lives.
Testimonials
Tayna was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is organized, diligent, and kind, and she very clearly explained the new-to-us concepts and processes. We'd be thrilled to work with Tayna again someday.
