What we need
- A graphic or chart that illustrates reporting structure and general responsibilities and is editable by the Organization after the completion of the project
Additional details
We like most organizations have both formal and informal structures that are sometimes hard to explain. We are looking to build out an organizational chart that is visually attractive and representative of our organization with all of the new departments we now have.
What we have in place
- We currently have old org charts, list of departments, department heads, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the CEO leading this project for assistance, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,748 , allowing us to reinvest back into direct services to the community we serve.
Visually help in the future design or an organization structure makes sense in our current operating environment Properly divide the functions of our company. Show other departments what all takes place in the agency and how to enhance the coordination of the organization.
