Team Off-Site or Retreat Planning
Project details
What we need
- A detailed agenda for the team event, including a rundown of content and activities
- A project plan that itemizes the key steps and timelines for preparation and logistical considerations, such as travel and accommodations, catering needs, guest speakers, session content development, and materials
- A communication plan to attendees including themes, goals, logistics and any preparation participants should consider before the event
- A draft budget showing any known costs associated with the team event
What we have in place
- The Philadelphia Refugee Health Collaborative (www.philarefugeehealth.org) was created in 2011 to support equitable health care access for newly arriving refugees to the Greater Philadelphia region. In 2013, we launched our current 7 year strategic plan, which ends in 2020. We are seeking support in planning and executing a strategic planning process which is inclusive of current partners and help us vision for the future.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,806 , allowing us to focus all of our funding on direct client services.
In this time of increasing uncertainty and political vitriol toward immigrants and refugees, the Philadelphia Refugee Health Collaborative seeks to reaffirm its commitment to providing high-quality, equitable health care to newcomers. This project will bring together clinicians, social service providers and stakeholders to chart a new course for the future.
