Team Off-Site or Retreat Planning
Team Off-Site or Retreat Planning
Project details
What we need
- A detailed agenda for the team event, including a rundown of content and activities
- A project plan that itemizes the key steps and timelines for preparation and logistical considerations, such as travel and accommodations, catering needs, guest speakers, session content development, and materials
- A communication plan to attendees including themes, goals, logistics and any preparation participants should consider before the event
- A draft budget showing any known costs associated with the team event
Additional details
This is actually not a fundraiser but a small group (10-20 people) retreat experience for people of affluence to discuss radical generosity. I would like a fresh set of eyes on the experience with thoughts on ways we can enhance and upgrade.
What we have in place
- We currently have a fully operational version of the retreat, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have collateral materials, training resources and videos, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to invest more in the service of our volunteer Champions around the world.
We want people to leave the retreat breathing "new air" as it relates to generosity and what they hope to do differently. We survey every participant to learn whether anything changed. Hosted and facilitated almost entirely by volunteers, we have been able to do over 500 retreat in 65 countries and 30 languages over the last 5 years. We have 300 planned for 2020 so the missional results are scaling rapidly.

Our mission
Inspired by the radical generosity found at the heart of the good news of Jesus, Generosity Path releases you to live more generously and more freely than you might ever have thought possible.
Generosity Path is building a movement to see God's Kingdom come through releasing individual hearts to live generously. We believe this has the power to not only change their lives, but to bring positive and powerful change for churches, communities, countries and the entire world.
What we do
We do this through the carefully-crafted Journey of Generosity - a simple, interactive course that creates a space for people to have a conversation about faith, life and money
