What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

I would like to redesign the t-shirts and wrist bands for our summer program. I am seeking something the captures the imagination of the students, parents, and school administrators. At the https://5Saturdays.org website we are using language like"The future of education and work", "learning experiences to open a door to a career in technology and business". We need help with the message and graphics design.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a design, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have message, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to share our message via a t-shirt message board.

Getting the word out about the program is essential for survival.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

Milestone 2: Design Phase
  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications
