What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
  • I'm the HR/Operations Director who can provide further specifics and manage the project. Specifically we are looking at tailoring a compensation plan to our full-time staff that will be easy to administer, in compliance with California labor law, and meets our organization parameters.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to serve more students and devote funds to other expenses that would directly impact our program - e.g. healthy meals, program supplies, equipments and field trips.
