Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We just completed a revamp of our employee handbook based on exemplar ones from a similar organization. We would love it to be reviewed to make sure we didn't miss anything.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time to call, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to spend more on hiring high school apprentices

We are a young, but growing organization and are currently expanding from no employees at the start of last year to having 4 now. We are also looking to hire many high schoolers as part of an apprenticeship program this spring, so we want our handbook to be easy-to-read and relevant to all situations.

Judith was wonderful to work with! She was very knowledgeable about HR issues and gave great input on our employee handbook along with some other practice recommendations. She did this project on a fast timeline, had good communication, and was great at giving feedback both digitally and in-person.
