- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details
We are filing for our 501(c)3 status. We were paying our executive director as a contractor and now we have to set them up as an employee and are unsure how to proceed.

- We will be able to provide our current information and processes.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to focus on addressing youth homelessness!
We are a new organization and this will help us establish the foundation to succeed.
