Compensation Plan
Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We currently have Job descriptions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Updated budgets, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,478 , allowing us to Devote our resources to serving more students with disabilities and expanding our programs.
The demand for our services is growing, but we don't have enough members on our team to help us meet this need. Accessible Academics is serving more students than before, but there is currently only one full-time staff and one full-time volunteer. We have been trying to fill our Life Coach position, but have been unsuccessful in recruiting and keeping the right candidate for this important job.

Testimonials
Yvette was very efficient in developing a compensation proposal that is well-researched, clear, and board-friendly. She was great to work with and offered good advice. I highly recommend Yvette for a developing a compensation proposal.
Great organization, and dedicated Executive Director. I'd gladly volunteer again for Accessible Academics USA.
