Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

Our organization has gone through a large policy review to update our handbook and to merge agency policies that were previously housed in different programs. We want to ensure our updated policies are consistent across the agency as a whole and in compliance. We also would like to have a professional review and provide their insight on opportunities for process improvement in line with current best practices.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a full personnel policy draft, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have incorporated leadership feedback in the updated draft, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to provide coaching to a family in their home for three months to build stronger parent-child relationships and reduce the children's challenging behavior.

This project is crucial to ensuring that our agency is implementing policies consistently across all programs. The updated personnel policies will provide staff with clarity, will ensure processes are easy to find, and will ultimately increase adherence and uniformity across the management team.
