Project details

What we need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
  • Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
Additional details

Our website was redone several years ago however it now feels outdated and cumbersome to use. I also think it's not graphically appealing. I am not sure where to start or what needs to be done. After the catch a fire website webinar, it was recommended that I start with a website audit. I'm interested in learning what a website expert thinks of our website and improvement recommendations. We have 3 target audiences: clients, volunteers and donors. I'm hoping to effectively reach them.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a professionally designed website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to serve 1000 more fresh, nutritious meals.

Our website is usually the first place someone goes to find out more information about us. It ranges from a client looking for our hours and address to a large foundation looking to fund us. First impressions are critical. It is also is a place where current supporters can get information about current events and programs.
