What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

We are in need of an illustration of a few of our farm sanctuary animals to use on merchandise: t shirts, mugs, magnets, etc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a lot of great photos of our animals to choose from, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have examples of what we have in mind, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to allocate these funds to the direct care of our animal sanctuary residents (medical, shelter, food, etc.) where every spare dollar currently goes

With the right illustration we will be able to create merchandise such as t shirts, magnets, mugs, etc. which can be used to raise funds for the animals

  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form

Our mission

Clover Ridge Farm Sanctuary, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue in New Milford CT whose mission is to bring homeless, abused, senior, or otherwise at-risk animals to safety and let them live out their lives on the farm.

Our goal is to make a difference in as many homeless pets lives as possible and provide them with good food, quality vet care, compassion, comfort, and dignity for the remainder of their lives.

Our sanctuary is home to pugs, cats, and miniature goats.
