What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details

Our board went through a strategic planning session and we have the results from that looking forward 3-5 years. We would like to create an action plan using our strategic plan data.

What we have in place
  • We currently have clear mission, vision, and goals, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a great website and social media presence, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to continue our welcoming work in Central MN.

We don't want all of our hard work on our strategic plan to collect dust - we want to turn it into actionable steps to keep our org moving forward.
