What we need
- Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
- Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included

The Parkinson's Support Group of Green Valley wants to have t-shirts with our motto " Give Parkinson's the SAC" which stands for Mentally Stimulated, Physically Active and Socially Connected. (stimulated, active, connected).
What we have in place
- We currently have the slogan, our support group logo, the vendor and budget, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the logo in electronic format., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to focus on supporting a Rock, Steady Boxing program in Green Valley. This program is specifically for those with Parkinson's Disease.
One of our goals is to expand our membership (free) and to let more people in the community know about the resources our group has to offer those dealing with Parkinson's Disease.

Our mission
We strive to raise community awareness, to offer information, and to encourage and stimulate friendships among people with Parkinson's and their families. We encourage members to stay mentally Stimulated, physically Active and socially Connected.
What we do
We support our members with Parkinson's disease and their partners with traditional sharing meetings, exercise classes, informational lectures, and social events.
