Project details

What we need
  • Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
  • A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
  • Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code

I am looking to set up a Salesforce profile to customize and manage all contacts and programatic and partnership relationships for our organization.

What we have in place
  • We currently have google spreadsheets with this information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ideas of how we want salesforce to work specific to our need, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to Carry out another summer youth training program, teaching young women from underrepresented communities leadership skills and documentary filmmaking skills, among many other programs!

This project is important because, as a grassroots non profit organization, we depend on partnerships and our network carryout our programs effectively! Getting set up in salesforce will be a triumph for us and take us to the next step so we can continue to generate programs that advocate for the rights of women and girls.
