Membership Strategy
Help Assistance League Atlanta develop a strategy to bring in new members, or improve their current membership program, to increase engagement and support their fundraising and community-building goals.
Membership Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details
Assistance League is losing members due to age so we are interested in finding younger members. We know requirements for membership need to be flexible for working members. Eighty percent of our income is provided by our successful thrift shop that supports our seven philanthropic programs. We currently have 160 active volunteers.
What we have in place
- We currently have a web site, a strategic plan, and weekly news letter, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have members spreading our name to friends, family and neighbors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to increase our reach into the community.
It is important to raise funds to:
dress school children, feed school children, provide layettes to indigent mothers, provide bears to traumatized children through first responder's, help homeless men and women at different shelters and give college scholarships to 7 area colleges and universities.
