Project details

What we need
  • Analysis of Organization’s target audience, competition, costs and products/services
  • Recommendations for pricing for existing products/services
  • Assessment of whether any products/services should be discontinued or offered at differential price points based on constituents’ needs
Additional details

At FitKids360 we currently use franchise model that includes costs for new program sites (expansion sites) and ongoing membership fees that the sites pay to access our branded materials. As we continue to grow, we need to examine our current model to determine a pricing structure that fits different location/sizes, accounts for the scope of impact and is financially feasible for both our partners and our organization.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a pricing model breakdown, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the "true cost" of our on-boarding process, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to allocate the funds we save to our programming for families and supporting our work in high need communities providing access to healthy produce and transportation to our classes.

This project is important because it will allow FitKids360 to develop a pricing strategy that increases unrestricted revenue to put towards our operating costs. With the limits in grant applications, there are a number of expenses that unrestricted funds can cover to support our on-going work/mission.

Testimonials

Michael was very professional and invested in the project. His work will directly impact our budding organization in a positive way by generating revenue and contributing to our sustainability. The research was thorough and easy to understand. He approached the project with a fresh outlook and provided a long term revenue projection and recommendations that our committee was very impressed by. I would highly recommend working with Michael for any program/non-profit that needs a comprehensive pricing strategy for their products and services.
