What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

We would like to create a shorter version (around 30 seconds) of our current marketing video.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a long video that is specific to a certain donor, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have photos and can create new audio, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to spend more of the donors' dollars on shoes for kids in need, and will inspire more giving to help the kids

We will be showing this at a jersey night for a small local basketball team (feeder team for the LA Clippers). We will be the charity of the night. We would like to create a shorter video that highlights the impact of new shoes on kids in need.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
