Project details

What we need
  • Customized Excel Training session(s) for up to 5 people over the course of 1-2 days
  • Sessions may be broken up into Beginner, Intermediate, and/or Advanced
  • Sample topics may include: formulas, commonly used functions, autofill, sorting and filtering, freezing, hiding, and grouping, formatting tips, keyboard shortcuts, pivot tables, charting and graphing, print readiness, collaborative work issues, and overall best practices
Additional details

Hello,

We are looking to conduct a training for our staff on the basics of using Excel. The intended audience are staff who primarily provide case management to clients and have limited exposure to using Excel.

We envision this being a 1 day training with about 20 participants who will be able to get hands-on experience using the program.

The training will be a weekday in January or February 2020 in or around Downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for candidates in Southern California only.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the ability to rent out a computer lab for this training, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have have the ability to get more info from staff about needs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,174 , allowing us to focus our resources on providing direct services to clients.

By providing our staff with training, we are hoping to empower staff to be more technically savvy, work more effectively and efficiently, and in-turn, be able to free up time to work directly with clients.
