What we have in place
- We are looking to develop an employee satisfaction survey that can be used annually to measure and understand our employees' attitude, feedback, motivation, and satisfaction within the workplace.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to focus on our employees who provide important care to members of out community.
Employee satisfaction is important in any organization. Employers should have motivated employees who enjoy their job and their co-workers. Many employees appreciate their voice being heard and know that leadership listens and makes changes. With satisfied employees, an organization can achieve anything!

Our mission
Our Mission is to serve the community with top-notch skilled medical services in the comfort of their home throughout their illness as well as Palliative/Hospice
care.
We also provide outreach programs and clinic throughout 17 communities mostly to the senior citizens and underprivileged population.
