Project details

What we need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
  • Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
What we have in place
  • The description: enhance their annual reports, grant applications, and other marketing materials with compelling narratives about their organization's mission, activities, and achievements. THIS IS WHAT WE NEED.

The Catchafire volunteer would be working with all 3 of our staff members.

Executive Dir with Annual Reports, Grant Writing, mission & achievements.
Case Coordinator with compelling narratives of our mission for email blasts, News Letter, etc
Youth Prog with social media stories
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to grow, expand and impact our community (3 islands) in a greater way for their overall well being.

We are looking for new financial supporters
We desirous to let our community know about our services
Get our "WHY" out! The needs are great, and with more support; volunteers and financially, we can develop new programs for our islands but that means more help and more funding.
Maui County is made up of 3 islands. To service more clients, we need more access to air travel, rent facility, lodging and rental cars= which all costs money.
