Compensation Plan
Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details
Our Angels of Mercy Medical Clinic is an award winning nonprofit providing free medical care since 1997. We are in need of a volunteer consultant to determine what amount of salary/level of benefits would be considered competitive to hire a full time nurse practitioner with at least 5 years experience providing chronic disease management, including diabetes, in a primary care setting. Thank you for considering this project. We write excellent letters of recommendation for all of our volunteers.
What we have in place
- We currently have job description for position, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have members of GuideStar, can access local data if needed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to make informed decisions regarding the utilization of funds acquired which will be used to hire a nurse practitioner to further our mission in the community.
Our nonprofit has recently achieved a series of important milestones as they relate to organizational development. We anticipate employing a consultant for strategic planning which will include a funds development plan in the very immediate near future. As result of a board retreat we had earlier in the year, members of our board and staff are committed to procuring funding required to further our mission in the community & achieve long term sustainability to hire a full time nurse practitioner.
