What we need
  • Thorough review of the existing communication and marketing materials to ensure writing is understandable, engaging and consistent
  • Edits conducted with respect to writing style, voice, length, and proper spelling and grammar
  • Revised materials should adhere to branding, communications and marketing goals
What we have in place
  • We have digital forms of all extant marketing and communications materials, many of which, having been created at different times by different people, are not as mutually cohesive as we would like. We can provide these materials and any further information necessary about our branding and mission.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to better support our program participants. The money saved by this project, for example, would support one Bay Area youth's entire summer of paid work experience addressing climate change.

This project will help us present a cohesive and harmonious face to the world, keeping our message clear across programs and in line with our current branding.

  • Volunteer Manager provides relevant strategic documents such as any messaging guidelines or fact sheet

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss the Organization's existing and desired brand messaging, tone, and style
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager agree on the specific set of materials for review

  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback with respect to style and tone, which the Professional incorporates
