- A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization

Our hopes and expectations are as follows:
- Have a well-written "Thank You" letter that will be sent to donors who have given throughout the year (some have donated $20,000+)
- Be extremely genuine, gracious, and thankful
- Communicate the impact they have been a part of (we will provide you with facts and figures)
- Call to Action for them to continue their support said in a very sincere manner
- Make letter very personal so it feels like Embrace Relief is talking directly to them
What we have in place
- We currently have up-to-date numbers, facts, and figures, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have several reports and documents you can reference, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to focus on our organizational goals and help reach more vulnerable populations such as children.
This project is important because it is one of the last letters that our donors will receive in 2019. It will showcase all the programs they have contributed to that have changed the lives of tens of thousands of people around the world. It is also highly important because we like to stay connected with and update our donors any chance we get. We try to make it a personal relationship, not a monetary transaction.
