Project Details

What We Need
  • A visual redesign of the Organization's website
  • Design direction based on Organization's desired branding and style preferences
  • Mock-ups of key site pages
  • Commitment to 2 phone calls with a developer to guide initial front-end coding work
What We Have In Place
  • Our program has a template of our website through the university. You would receive access to the OU Campus content management system to edit the website. Also, the project PI and Co-PI would be available on a weekly basis for consultation and will provide copy writing for the website text.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $9,186 , allowing us to increase our community outreach efforts and improve the well-being of older adults with neurological diseases and their families in Southeastern Michigan.

This website would be integral for: increasing our program's visibility within the community and establishing a new recruitment method for our project.

About The Org

Our Mission

Eastern Michigan University's Center for the Advancement of Neurobehavioral Health is a team of faculty and graduate students in clinical psychology dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with cognitive loss and their families through research and clinical service.

What We Do

We are funded by the Michigan Health Endowment Fund to initiate a program for family caregivers of individuals with cognitive loss in Southeastern Michigan. The program (1) equips caregivers to manage high-stress situations through individualized, home-based assessments and DBT skills training groups; and (2) will develop and implement a screening tool for providers, to quickly identify families who would benefit from additional support. This program is funded from May 2019 to April 2021.
