We need support refining, updating our recruiting strategies to more effectively recruit in our extremely competitive job market.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have job descriptions, employee handbook, where we recruit, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have job site listings, etc, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $5,776 , allowing us to support more clients and pay existing staff more.

It is important because we need reliable, trustworthy and committed employees that will stay longer than 6 mon to 1 year so our clients can get the quality of services they need.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss current hiring processes, including how candidates are found, interviewing principles, hiring steps normally taken, and overall hiring philosophy

  • Professional identifies key areas of improvement, and recommends ways to improve current processes
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional

  • Professional drafts strategy, which thoughtfully lays out all areas of the recruiting process
  • Strategy should include guidelines and actionable steps to implement recommendations
  • Volunteer Manager provides any feedback, which Professional incorporates into final draft

  • Professional drafts up a job description template the Organization can use
  • Professional recommends appropriate hiring channels for the Organization based on budget, and assists in any setup necessary to list job descriptions
