We need support refining, updating our recruiting strategies to more effectively recruit in our extremely competitive job market.
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions, employee handbook, where we recruit, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have job site listings, etc, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,806 , allowing us to support more clients and pay existing staff more.
It is important because we need reliable, trustworthy and committed employees that will stay longer than 6 mon to 1 year so our clients can get the quality of services they need.
