Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have a Personnel Manual that was adopted in 2008 with a minor revision in 2015. We are interested in an audit/review and update of what we have pursuant to regulatory changes. Furthermore, we want to make sure essential policies (e.g. whistle blower and harassment) are properly articulated and integrated. We are also interested in updating vis-a-vis best practices.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a Personnel Manual and policies, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a Controller with HR experience, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to upgrade other systems.

Our staff has grown. There have been legal changes. We are interested in best practices.
