What we need
- A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
- Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
Additional details
Our theater group needs to be able to articulate theater program success metrics, other than ticket sales and/or fundraising amounts.

- I have a variety of material and data.
How this will help
This project will save us $12,550 , allowing us to pay for some bare necessities, such as rent and heat in order to continue to hold rehearsals.
Our mission to support adults with disabilities be able to feel safe enough to express themselves as performing artists to audiences in different communities. In order for our organization to function we have to raise funds through grants. The grantors require concrete success metrics.We need help to better articulate what we think are abstract metrics, such as 95% smiling actors are dancing across the stage.
