Where to start to locate sustainable long term funding for the MAC Tattoo Removal Program which is a no-cost program for its participants.
Additional context
I am the GRIT (Gang Response Intervention Team) Coordinator for the County of Prince William in Virginia (under the 31st Court Services Unit-juvenile probation and parole).Among the many hates I wear as it's GRIT I run our MAC ("Make A Change") Tattoo Removal Program for youth or adults who have left the gang lifestyle or for those who have escaped the sex trafficking world and want a second chance at life by removing their tattoos. Said program has been in existence for about 11 years.Multiple funders have kept it ongoing including the Potomac Health Foundation.We presently have enough funding to see us through September 30th 2020.My desire is to locate funding for long term future sustainability.

Our mission
Gang Response Intervention Team (GRIT) - The mission of the Prince William GRIT is to bring together key public officials and community leaders from Prince William County, the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park, and the 31st Judicial District, who can advise on and promote the coordination of, and encourage a collaborative community-based response to, the region's gang prevention and intervention efforts. The goal of the Prince William GRIT is to prevent children, youth and young adults from gang involvement and assist gang-involved youth and young adults at-risk of gang involvement to leave the gang lifestyle.
