What we need
  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format

Looking for an infographic... specifically to show an early funder the impact of their investment and how the program has grown since then by way of a "final report" that is kind of fun and easy to look at... something that could also be used as a "marketing tool" for future funders and donors

What we have in place
  • We currently have lists of information and program branding, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some testimonial quotes and some data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to provide 28 scholarships to this program.

This project could be both a report on impact of a previous funder's investment and a marketing tool for future funders and donors

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)

Naugatuck Youth Services, Inc. is committed to a leadership role in advocacy & action on behalf of youth development, family enrichment & a healthy community.

What we do

We help all of Naugatuck's young people realize their potential to be healthy, resilient & awesome. (Mostly teenagers - we give them skills & support to stay substance free, and opportunities to make a difference & learn from mistakes. Our focus is prevention, diversion & life skills work.)
