What we need
  • Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
Additional details

We need to update our current information sheets for our volunteers, which are in Pdf format. Create an animated tutorial for how to plant a tree in the Mediterranean climate and a customized layout for Power Point/Libre Office Impress.

What we have in place
  • We currently have not updated sheets in Pdf format, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have variety of pictures to include in new info sheets, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to purchase more plants to use in our reforestation project.

We are in the middle of our campaign and need more volunteers. The information sheets are an efficient way to explain all new volunteers our mission, goals and rules during their stay and the tutorials save us time during the training.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual brand guidelines or examples, images you'd like to include in the designed brochure (if applicable), and finalized copy for brochure to inform design

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals of brochure, target audience, and style preferences

Milestone 2: Preliminary Design
  • Professional performs initial design and layout and sends to Organization for up to 3 rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Final Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions, along with print specifications to Organization
  • Professional advises on best practices for printing

What we do

We do work restoring native forests in Sierra de Gata, Extremadura, Spain.
Working with native seeds, creating efficient and economic ways to reforest based on observing Nature.
Using technology such as drones to set protocols to reforest native forests with these technologies.
Education, inviting new generations to participate in the reforestation.
Restoring the culture of the Forest. Sharing techniques, knowledge and our experiences during four intense years of reforestation actions.
