What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

Four, short videos (2-4 mins each) edited for use on social media platforms, websites, and emails. Also, provide training to our volunteer regarding best practices for the creation and editing of short videos using smartphones. We are seeking a professional with creative vision to help us use smartphones to create and edit 2-4 minute videos with interview footage and supporting visual presentations, assist in developing an emotionally powerful storyline.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a volunteer to manage the creation of this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a smartphone and vision, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to instead put these dollars directly into client services.

This project will help our organization to increase marketing and promotions for volunteer recruitment, donor acknowledgement, and client engagement.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Creating an inclusive community where everyone knows their HIV status, and where every person-- regardless of status--is supported and affirmed to live as well as possible and stay healthy and engaged in the community

TIHAN provides community resources and caring support so that people with HIV can live well. Through education, we work to encourage everyone to get tested and to reduce the stigma of HIV.
