- We currently have A contribution hashtag and holiday appeal post, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Graphics & video recordings of resident testimonials and app, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to Provide housing to returning citizens at little to no cost while they stabilize themselves.
Expanding our donor base allows us to raise the level of awareness concerning reentry needs and provide stable housing& community support which turns the tide of recidivism.

Our mission
Redemption Housing is a recovery organization that offers faith-based programming and community support to Philadelphians coming out of incarceration and homelessness. We invite these marginalized people back into community to free them from bondage, and we address their needs as whole people to bring about their physical, emotional, and spiritual freedom.
What we do
Locust House is a four-bedroom, fully furnished home that opened in 2017 for returning citizens who are in their 'next level' of reentry. Residents have been released in the past 1-5 years and have already started building a supportive foundation but benefit from the access to housing and mentoring that we provide.
Barnabas House is an upcoming 12-month program that is designed to guide men coming directly from incarceration back into the community. Through intentional relationships and access to social services in a dignified environment, men will develop the support to break free of crime, addiction, and homelessness.
