Project details
What we need
- Boilerplate descriptions of Organization or program (50-, 100-, and 200- word versions)
- List of keywords to use & words to avoid when writing about Organization or program
Additional details
We'd like to develop boilerplate language to describe our organization that is specifically targeted at 4 distinct constituents: film industry, audiences, strategic partners, funders.
What we have in place
- We have a mission statement, marketing assets, letters from our Executive Director for fundraising campaigns, and grant application language to share with the volunteer to get them started. We can also create short, written profiles for each of the target audience segments so the volunteer will understand how to appropriately tailor verbiage.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to further develop our engagement methods for creating meaningful conversations through film and focus on other programming development such as our producer's lab for women & people of color.
Standard language will empower our board and staff to have more meaningful conversations with our constituents. It will streamline and strengthen our marketing communications and will also be used in pitch decks and grant-making applications. Most immediately, in order to develop partnerships that focus on improving structural components of Chicago's film industry, we will leverage the standard language to communicate our valuable role within the eco-system.
