Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have an employee handbook that was updated a couple of years ago. We need someone to read through it and point out areas that need to be strengthened (or modified.) We can forward a copy of this handbook to whoever helps us. Thank you.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have additional policies and procedures (e.g. code of conduct), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,100 , allowing us to expand our core services to individuals with disabilities (e.g. providing outreach, underwriting, and financial education.)

It's very important to us (PATF) that we provide supports with clear expectations to our staff (8 FTE). It has been several years since someone(s) with an expertise in HR has critically reviewed the handbook.
