What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We don't have an employee handbook, as a tiny and recently growing non-profit that was formerly grassroots, although we do have adequate HR policies and procedures that we have drafted as many individual statements. This help would make a huge difference for us as we are looking to make a significant hire soon.
What we have in place
- We currently have employee policies and procedures that we have drafted, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a long time board member who has managed our HR policy, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to Open a new school circle in the spring.
Three years ago our budget was 35k, and today it is just under 180k. We are looking to make a major hire in early Spring, and this will be a pivotal document for us as we are coming of age as a legitimate organization. Also, because we work with a vulnerable population it is really important to have clear and healthy boundaries as a business culture. This handbook would really help us in that regard.
