What we have in place
- Be a part of our collaborative team to co-create genius theme and copy that will top our previous appeals. We can provide past examples, goals for the piece, general messaging, photos, branding... which should make it easy for you to get started with the fun stuff.
You're the right person for the job if you are innovative and have time for a quick turn. We need camera ready direct mail piece and envelope design.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to keep our administrative costs down which is a major selling point for donors. More dollars are allocated to helping the people we serve.
This is one of many appeals we use to help support our mission of creating employment for people with disabilities, giving them:
*PURPOSE-the opportunity to use their skills
*PRIDE-more active participation in the community
*PAYCHECK-greater economic self-sufficiency

Our mission
Beacon Group creates opportunities for people with disabilities.
What we do
Beacon Group creates opportunities for people with disabilities. Since 1952, Beacon has been a leader in providing real jobs and employment-related services to people with disabilities in Arizona, serving over 1,800 people with disabilities each year. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center based employment, and day treatment programs to assist the two-thirds of working age people with disabilities who do not have a job.
Beacon Group enterprises offer local businesses high-quality sub-contract services such as custodial and landscaping, contract manufacturing and packaging, cable assembly, fleet and facility services, paint recycling and confidential document shredding, among others.
As the largest employer of people with disabilities in Southern Arizona, Beacon Group helps people experience the satisfaction of achievement, contribution and earning a paycheck, while satisfying business needs in the community.
