- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey

We are looking to do an employee satisfaction survey for our Agency.
What we have in place
- Our Agency has gone through many changes and a re branding. We are looking to get feed back, opinions, ideas, etc from our employees about what they like or do not like about their current positions within the Agency. While we know their opinions may not be things we can change,employees deserve to have their voice be heard.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to provide bonuses and work on the re branding campaign for the Agency.
While we know we cannot please each and every employee, we know that happy employees who enjoy coming to work will help the Agency achieve many benchmarks and continue to make us a top Home Care Agency in the United States.
