What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
Looking for assistance in helping us craft a survey for cancer patients and caregivers on past/current experiences as well as emotional state and challenges. Our belief is that their responses will prove the need for a tool we're building.
What we have in place
- We currently have audience and ideas on questions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the tool in prototype form to inform questions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to develop a revolutionary tool for those facing cancer.
There isn't a lot of great data out there that articulates the comprehensive struggle cancer patients and caregivers experience while facing cancer.
